With supress on TWWT, you can swap the boot corrupt for +1 gems, throw an enlighten 4 in there, swap evasion nodes for mana mastery and reserve HoP without the mirror helm

You can get this 95% evade by grabbing a That Which Was Taken (or change a charm) with AoE per power charges, Base crit at max power charges, and Banner skills have no reservation. You just put Dread banner there which lowers monsters accuracy by a bunch, and you're good to go, helps getting evade capped pretty easily. That might be costly tho

You can get to 95% evade if you use a 21 vaal grace instead of a regular one, get the +1 from chest

I make a cold BV build every league. I absolutely love the exolosions but I've never been able to afford the explode bow. I end up making my own cheaper version of the build and seem to get 90% of the performance for roughly 100 div total. Don't let the huge budget discourage you from making this build! You don't need it and it's too much damn fun to pass up.

What would be the main mirror priority ? I’ve got the bow and an explode chest but the chest isn’t mirror tier only explode and aura effect. Would you go bow>chest>amulet>helmet ?

Would it be a decent idea to craft a phys as extra bow by starting with a vile arrow quiver base (12% phys as extra chaos) with fractured essence mod for 15% phys as extra fire (these drop naturally from fracture conversion essence mobs) and then essence spam for generic crit multi until good 2nd suffix, suffix can’t be changed reforge chaos for chaos res, and then finish prefixes in the usual fashion with veiled chaos orbs? Do note that if you have a fractured essence mod you can’t add another special essence mod from horror/insanity/etc essences, but you can still force some cool mods on quivers with the other essences. I just assumed this method had no use case because the base quiver would be outshined by someone’s triple synthesis implicit quiver, but in the case of phys as extra X explode scaling, the ideal synth implicits are not that far ahead of the non-synth budget option I mentioned: 10% phys as extra random element, 25% phys to cold conversion, and 30% global crit multi. But by doing that you have to choose between generic crit multi and 15% phys as extra fire for your essence mod in the explicit crafting starting point. The influenced quiver is interesting, too, where you awaken orb redeemer 15% phys as extra cold into crusader 15% phys as extra lighting to get 2/3 prefixes done out the gate. Then guess you want the 3rd prefix to be phys converted to cold crusader mod, so you hope for an open prefix, fill 2/3 suffixes, prefixes cannot be changed, reforge cold for a 500/3125 chance to hit T1 phys to cold convert with a chance to fill all 6 explicits on the reforge but it’s unlikely. Then wipe suffixes with prefix cannot be changed, scour, prefixes can’t be changed, reroll whatever and prefix can’t be changed veiled chaos orb or aisling to finish. The veiled suffixes are decent; one of them gives frenzy on crit.

Honestly I feel like every single build in the game is mega expensive right now. Captainlance hasn’t made a build under a mirror yet this league, palsterson second build of the league cost an entry fee of about 500d. I mean I couldn’t even imagine starting league right now and trying to put together a build under 10d that can do end game I feel like everyone turned into FastAF and just put builds out now that cost and arm and a leg to get going. At least FastAF recently put a build out for a 1 Div challenge…at least they are trying lol

Evasion does not remain much more effective against blue altars. It actually suffers a lot more than armor because of the reduced defenses per frenzy charge mod.

cool build guide but occultist is just better for this archetype. you do not take profane bloom (?) once you have an explode chest, you take 2x curses. the only damage scaling that matters is for enemies 'near you' because you do not need to do more damage to white mobs at the edge of your screen that already die. the cannot be chilled/frozen part of frigid wake does not matter, its everything else on that notable. not to mention being able to FF/FF an elementalist node there's a reason ppl that play pop cold bv every league play occultist my dude
