btw, i think you should do more poe 2 content right before avowed is released, capitalise on the hype

It's probably worth mentioning that stealth on just one character can be used to bypass all the hard fights on the opening island, which is arguably the only challenging part of POTD outside of some of the mega bosses.

Yep, I've seen a lot of solo runs done like that. But it really surprised me how extremely powerful Stealth could be even during combat, and with ZERO Stealth too!

A small note on debuffs: Debuff spells must first break through the opponent's defences (usually will). With boss opponents who have very high defences, this is usually almost impossible. Only very few will break through the defence. In addition, all this has to be coordinated and the duration of the debuffs are usually very short. So, it's not as easy as you make it out to be.

Hi there, because we first cast +ACC buffs, and then can rely on irresistible debuffs before going through the save debuffs, it's not really that hard. For example, 3 weapons have modals that apply -25 Fort, Will or Reflex on the enemy WITHOUT a save, all that takes is for the weapon to hit.

@@hannebambel3718 I think I covered the Will one at the 05:07 But it's basically: 1. Morningstar: -25 Fort 2. Flail: -25 Reflex 3. Club: -25 Will These work so long as you hit the enemy with the weapon, even if it's just a normal unenchanted version.

Hello ! It is sad that you have not created more min/max PoE2 builds. Even though I maxed out the game many times on POTD (All upscale) and I do enjoy your PF: WOTR guides, it would be still nice to see some. As you also mentioned there are not too many min/max guides out there and since the game is still very decent, maybe you could do some further ones ? :)

nice video Do you guys think the 85% recovery bonus on stealth is cheese? I started using it after watching this and it really makes some hard fights easy (PotD of course)

there it is a passive abbility in all caster classes that allows you to manipulate the radius of an spell, something called like "spellshift", you can move it with the ball of the mouse.

Problem is in path of the damn my tank dies in 3 hits and enemies change target and 1 shot my DPS

Not sure if its because i have the community patch on, or perhaps there have been changes since this video, but the stealth trick works until you have mobs that literally teleport to your backline (shade) and destroys it. Especially if you are running your cipher build with 3 con... insta death every time. I mean you made this video, a cipher video, said you would make guides on all the characters, and never did :/ blah

Yep, it is possible in Deadfire, simply hold Left Shift + click after the first action to set up more.

It's sad that aoe is really a "must" in this kind of difficulty. I think adding enemy is not always the right option (rip other classes).

I'm sure there are those who have completed it with just melee, but yeah, I find the spellcasting classes have a much easier time due to how easy it is to stack/spam multiple aoe spells that combine not only high damage but great debuffs too!

I ended up lowering the difficulty to Hard. It's perfect for me. Anyway, I think that stealth mechanism don't improve cast time anymore (maybe changed/fixed?) Last question.. Do you think upscaling the enemy level for all units (not just for critical path) is worth it (or it will become tedious)? Because now I think hard is more forgiving. I kinda want the mix of hard and path of the damned xD

No melle builds tho ewww how boring. I have 3 ranged builds in my party but not having at least one melle dps is just boring. It’s by far the most fun. Standing back and casting over and over vs being up in the battle smacking the shit out of people. Monk/Wizard multi class is hella fun. Buff yourself to death then destroy. PotD really isn’t hard no matter how you play it outside the very start of the game. Also since it puts more enemies in encounters it also makes you level up faster than easier modes so you become OP even faster on it.
