Silent Cricket Gaming it seems like it wouldn't change difficulty if everyone just has higher damage stuff, but since the health of Link & the enemies hasn't been changed it means that every hit you take could be deadly, and every hit on an enemy counts a lot more.

Honestly, my favorite thing about this video is the endless cycle of "This is way too good for this area, must be something really hard nearby", followed by general dread/suspicion of everything, followed by encountering something deadly and probably dying to it, followed (eventually) by "YES WE DID IT!", immediately followed by either a really good reward that initiates the Looming Dread phase again, or "OH NO" as the Something Deadly phase escalates and repeats. It's just hilarious to me that every time it looks like the mod has finally stopped getting deadlier, it finds something new to throw at you.

I really like this mod because it gives you the weapons you need to take down the higher level enemies, instead of, like master mode, just increasing the enemies difficulty

I mean they should have upgraded the weapons in master mode because, at the beginning of the game it is really hard to take down enemies and even if you can you will have used up all your weapons durability.

Also, the super shield surfing gives Link quite a bit more mobility and allows pretty unorthodox strategies for playing the game. And using Unorthodox strategies for playing the game is kinda the definition of a great game. Personally, I don't think this mod is much better than the original game, but I'm really glad it exists alongside it.

Hey, @PointCrow, I love your videos! I wonder if you've considered a catch phrase or sound affect whenever you die in-game. I suggest this just because your current catch phrase is basically silence. It's lovely and endearing but honestly, if my eyes are away from the screen for a minute I'm like "why is he not talking? Oh because he died 🤣" but anyway... I would like to suggest "Jimmeny Cricket!", "Holy Toledo!", and "Pfhfffffchka!" as promising candidates. Anyway, love your work. I'm a big fan. Cheers!

That Bladesaw at the 16:20 did 110 damage. Barbarian or Phantom armor (full set) increases damage by 50%. 110 + (110 x .50) = 165. Spinning attacks double damage (stated early on, don't remember when). 165 x 2 = 330. If he used a spin attack with the Bladesaw and Barbarian/Phantom armor equipped, he would do 330 damage *per hit*.
