Jesus, that Froslass was a pain. Snow Cloak is a dangerous ability to go up against.

@@Aaron.Crow512 Snow Cloak increases a Pokémon's evasion during Hail/Snow. Effectively any move used against it has 80% of what it's original accuracy would have been.

That first battle depicts everything that’s wrong with Evasion. Snow Cloak under permanent hail, double team, likely Bright Powder

The fact that you use few legendaries and defeated the team with ease amazes me because my team consists of legendaries and I can't even beat the final boss on the eighth set.

It's not easy whatsoever. If I did this many times, I'd only win a few. That's the fun of it too, finally completing that challenge. I'm currently working on a new team that is made for things like the Masters Battle.

You lucked out tremendously on the third set. You get a freeze on parasect who always gets off a spore due to focus sash, and the slowbro used brine instead of trickroom which would have caused that marowak to end your shiftree with firepunch.

Sometimes you need luck. I've lost plenty of battles due to it, but have also won them.

Taunt and Safeguard are good options to counter Ruth's Trick Room team.

I beat him earlier with Kyogre (choice scarf), Mewtwo (expert belt), Latias (soul dew), Suicune (leftovers), Gyarados (wacan berry), and Houndoom (focus sash)

I have a request to get some advice for a tournament I’m making on PBR myself and I’m also looking to make a few trades with someone (I have Pokémon Heartgold and Pearl)

What kind of Tournament were you thinking of? What are the base rules or ideas that you have?

@@Auke1993 so I don’t know if you remember the Find The Pokémon Activity books but I’m randomizing teams of 6 from the first page of volume 1 (which is all Kanto by the way) and seeing which team is the best. I was thinking maybe you could be the championship round or something. In terms of the rules : there’s no items/ all Pokémon are at LV 50 and every team is a team of 6/ legendaries are allowed

@@amadikane2761 If this is on the DS games, then that's not possible as far as I know. Wi-Fi for the DS games became unavailable years ago.

Mysterials teams in Masters Battle depend on what game you (first) use to connect to PBR to transfer your Pokémon. Diamond/Platinum/SoulSilver give the Rain team. Pearl/HeartGold give the Sun team. There is a seperate team if you make it to Mysterial with just Rental Pokémon, but I have never managed that.
