1:24 Celesteela is a rocket pokemon, I think so as it is mentioned in pokedex that it is a launch pokemon... It is also very tall and heavy (999.9 kgs)... Its arms are like the boosters and its body is like the main shuttle... :)

aside from many mistakes, I thought the 'mons insperation from real animals is present in thier names. Example Emboar- ember + boar (wild pig), Chattot- chatter + parrot. It all seems pretty obvious if you break down the names and add a touch of wimsy and humor.
