I think what people seem to forget, is that Diamond and Pearl from the start we're flawed games, and platinum is what made them good. In contrast, black-and-white are already perfect games, so even if you just ported them directly with better graphics and nothing else, they would still be good games

11:55 I also use Serebii to view the tutor moves in a specific game. For example, in BW2, there are 6 different places with different tutors that offer different moves. So, instead of going to each one to see all their moves, I can just look for the moves on Serebii.

That Noibat meme reminded me. In Scarlet currently I have a Charizard transferred all the way from my first playthrough of Fire Red. It was the first pokemon I ever raised to level 100. When I transferred it to Sword I gave it the nickname Old Friend. Once in Scarlet I reset all of it's EVs, Hyper Trained all if it's stats besides defense and Attack (apparently it had a perfect defense IV the whole time), EV trained it for Spe Attack and Speed, changed it's Tera type to Dragon, and changed it's nature to Modest (it was originally Sassy). That Charizard means a lot to me and it's older than my niece.

Their base (kanto) forms are included because that is one of the ways they are represented. I might be splitting hairs here, but I think it makes sense. On the other hand what if you didn't have the kanto form at all and just had the regional variants? Just some food for thought

I actually gave my Alola starters nic-names based off combinations of relevant planets and dishes so my Decidueye's name is Julipiter, a combination of Mint Julep and Jupiter. Incineroar is Marsala(Mars and Tika Masala) and Primarina is Neptuvide(Neptune and Sous Vide)

Everytime he plays the ASPITPIAY intro song I always think what the neighbors were thinking when he was lying on the ground outside saying "photosynthesis, photosynthesis."

I'm pretty confident there is nothing that frogs could do to cause effective harm to birds since neither side is particularly strong (except for a few specific birds), and due to the frogs' lack of any attacking or defensive mechanisms effective against larger creatures, birds have the advantage of not only flight and therefore refuge, but also in weaponry (their beaks, claws, and spurs). Additionally, birds seem to be more capable of developing strategies and adapting then frogs are, giving the advantage of intelligence to the birds. All in all, birds have such an overwhelming advantage over frogs that one of each species could safely pick off the frogs slowly or quickly, without the frogs being able to do anything or strike back. Now as for poisonous frogs, I do not know, maybe the birds will die from eating it (assuming they prey on the frogs), or maybe they will just kill them. Of course, the only complication is that this battle would take a really, really long time to settle, and several generations may put the frogs or the birds at a disadvantage or advantage, though the actual chance of that happening is small at least for the birds, since they will have a constant food supply and no need for evolution. I just like to analyze situations that can be looked at through the lens of biology and factual evidence, which is why I just searched up that some species of frogs do eat birds, and that would really change the outcome of the battle, although certain species of birds might still be too big or too resilient for the frogs to defeat.
