Ash x Dawn won in the end. She was the only one there for his biggest moment.

I always choose Dawn. She understands Ash arguably more than any other Pokegirl. The 2 have a special connection even down to the way they always interact upon seeing each other. Their Pokémon are close as close can be. She's the first (and to my knowledge only) friend Ash traded Pokémon with. They stood together in the face of literal gods. And she was there for his ultimate victory.
