In an alternative scenario: Dawn does send out an arceus but due to it being from Pokemon GO, it’s only (Best Case Scenario) level 36 with quite mid EV and IV spread. Ash Wins no mater what.

funnily enough, yes. The series constantly makes references to real world locations and things, such as an episode where Hollywood was featured because a director decided that Misty's psyduck was the perfect star for his Pokemon-only voice-over drama story. Phones and similar devices were recently introduced as canon to the series as well even though they're technically like a hundred or more years beyond that technology (they have fan-less hovercraft, cloaking tech and a bunch of other stuff)
