If people go to Omaha I say go back to 7 Card stud nly 3 hidden cards but you have to be smarting remembering all the Face cards that got folded. Casinos love Holdem and Omaha because more Hand dealt per hour and usually bigger rakes every hand :)

Learn Omaha. You don’t have to be great at it to have the night(s) of your life. Whenever you see it running, walk by and watch a few hands to assess the table (this time spent is well worth it). I would venture to guess that half the time you do this, NLHE won’t even be in consideration that day. This is coming from someone who greatly prefers 2 card, there are just times in my primary room where even a decent NLHE game is off the menu given what’s going on in the PLO streets. As someone who has terrible social skills, alcohol does me more good at the table and anything it has an effect of relaxing me. My game does not disappear. My fundamentals do not disappear. I don't get reckless, it almost has a similar effect has marijuana. It can get me into the zone. Lol I think it works differently for different people. That being said alcohol is not good for your body and if you make a habit of drinking it every damn time you play poker you're just going to become an alcoholic and I probably lol Die*
