He's one of the best, period. Definitely has run lucky sometimes but if you watch how he plays overall he has made some of the sickest plays I've ever seen. Look up some of his hands vs Johnny Lodden they are legendary.

Why doesn't Heath jam on the flop? He's going to get a fold probably more then 88% of the time and what hands besides J7s, 88, etc. can actually continue vs a all in? He needs to jam the flop and take down 4mil pot.

Easy to say when you see the cards. If he jams he is only folding out bluffs and getting called by better. If he had 5 or 6 bbs sure but hes not super short

@ullschwitz jib why even call or open and give up betting lead, either jam or don't play 35s. I think we have a different view of range and fold equities heads up.

@@ghostyff9183 yes hes only getting called by better but shoving flop is the correct play bc anything that is worse than his hand has 30% equity so shoving to deny that equity is a huge accomplishment. Also, bc he raise pre and mateos didn't 3bet mateos cant have an overpair (those would go all in pre). So, by shoving we only getting called by 7x and 6x (which is a very narrow range) and fold out almost everything else that still can outdraw us 30% of time. It has to be a shove.

Heath played that last hand so bad. It’s heads up. You have a piece. Check shove the flop goddamnit. You gotta feel you have the best hand there. I know it’s sucks, but not as sucky as what comes next. You’re short. You just have to pick up chips sometimes.

Maria was saying to better fast play A6 here with Ac because you're now blocking some of the cbet combinations from kincaid with just an Ac which will bet fold. Having this card removes some of those bet fold combos and unblocks a lot more bet call combos like QJ which is what Adrian had here.

Prob Around 25-30% sounds about right. No because he cant afford it but to reduce variance. Plus this HR tourneys have the least amount of variance.
