The best thing is they done this so much the bear actually got domicile look at how used to he is when the poeple are near him he happily licks his tongue. The video takes place in Canada ,Churchill Manitoba Canada in the USA the only place that they have Polar bears is in Alaska which only has a population of a mere 724,357 people living there and is the 4th most least populated state in the USA so Polar bears in any place of the USA with a noticeable amount of Americans would result in well....death so an every day commute for literally 0.22% of the US population if every Alaskan did which isn't true due to there being city's with 10's of thousands of people and even Anchorage Alaska has a populations of 291,538 people . (Though funny enough of the 5 places where Polar bears can be found Canada, Russia, Greenland, and Norway your country surprisingly due to the population of Polar bears living in Svalbard.)

I worked in Churchill for a while for my Uncle John who owns the Churchill Hotel and Bear Country Inn, got to see a polar bear being transported across the Churchill river via helicopter. Jokes aside it's truly an impeccable sight. Thanks for shedding some humor on this little town, they need more publicity for what they do, comedy or not.

The green dye isn’t to keep track of him I’m pretty sure. That’s the spot where they shot him with the tranquilizers, I think it’s to keep the wound clean. Notice there was blood when they shot him. I know that for ducks, the cleaner is a bright blue, it may be the same stuff but in green.
