Getting ready to tear in to my 900 xp and replace the joints in it. Looks like I have a little slack on the yoke that pins into the differential. Is this bad? Don’t know if I’m gonna have to replace that yoke or what

A little slack will not hurt it however look into the spline of the yoke. If the splines looks pointed then I would replace it. Don’t forget to grease the spline when putting back together. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to like and subscribe to our channel!!

No matter how many of these videos I watch I used a shop press, a U joint specific press and all I managed to do was destroy the yokes and blow up the caps on the new joints ended up just buying new shafts complete with the joints in them.
