When the kids are okay, they should work to pat for the value of the car they totalled. They also likely need a two-year minimum of a boot camp program to instill discipline and control in them.

Looks like 5fwy North Indiana exit I believe 2 people (women, young girls) died on that exit couple months ago.R.I.P Is a tight turn if you never take that route , can't judge it till you're hitting the k-rail or on that persons yard

Shoulda been out on the track for the Astoria 5000 and that's not their fault. America has a car problem. They need to be on racetracks instead of us dealing with the workforce every day. The spaces are overlapping. Look, USA designed their way of living with cars, and then didn't give people cars when they were needed. Kids have nothing to do in the streets. The soldiers need to shut down the streets so the Astoria 5000 routes can be set up. We need to actually organize something big instead of just having continual lone-wolf type of incidents. If the side show is exactly what it's name implies, then what's the main event? Astoria 5000. Soon in america.

People need to stop blaming parents automatically. It is very, very difficult to keep young people on the right track these days. I know a couple who have four teenage children and two of them are exemplary and the other two have been touched by the devil. Unless we know the parents, it is unfair to pass judgement on them.

Rarely ever seen any Asian or white kids doing this type of stuff. Not all are rich so yeah it’s the parents or parent for sure or guardian. Fatherless abandoned behavior. Asians and Pacific Islanders make up around 20% of California/Los Angeles area at any given time. Think of all the tourists and those working here on business with their kids going to school here. A certain demographic is involved with crimes nearly 60% of the time and yet represent less than 5% of the CA population. Over 70% of the households have no father. And the bottom line, the parents are indeed responsible for their kids. Recently, a couple was sentenced to prison because they gave a gun to their under age teen and he did a masks shooting. These parents need to be sued for property damage and if they don’t have insurance then they need to be criminally prosecuted. Always get away with this stuff. Bad behavior enabled.
