In California they say the police can't catch us all. People obey laws?

Police need to start ticketing Jay walkers, that is one of the biggest problems I see while driving.

Pedestrians need to do their part, also, by not being idiots when crossing streets. I see it daily--- earbuds inserted and listening to whatever they're listening to and completely oblivious to what's going on around them while crossing. An excellent rule of thumb is to be proactive in your own safety instead of leaving your safety up to drivers. You're just asking to get hit
