I don't care about language barrier when the police walks up to you pointing and say move you move. When you see no one else standing there but you that should serve as a clue. If these people are that light headed maybe they shouldn't be allowed outside without supervision.

Give the horses space!!! Take your photos, then leave! Don’t touch the horses! Don’t grab the reins! Don’t try to be horse whisperers, don’t distract the horses - they’re are working!

he didn't tell anyone off. he just kept saying move over very quietly & the tourist who probably didn't speak English moved slowly w/ a big smile. she was so happy to be there. stop the fake news. what is this the US news media?!
