Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the DMV in Springfield NJ when I was confronted by a tyrant security guard who not only escalated the situation but also tried to get law enforcement to enforce an unconstitutional sign let’s just say it didn’t end the way they wanted to…Let me know your thoughts in the comments! @Bobby T Technically, you are right, the sign itself can’t win you a court case for the violation of your constitutional rights. But you are purposely taking the situation out of context with Sean. The security guard was citing the sign as a law in order to force him out of the building. Sean was stating that the sign was not law and therefore forcing him out was unconstitutional. That is what he meant by the sign being unconstitutional. If the sign is being used as a way to force him out, the sign is being used for unconstitutional purposes. Don’t taking things out of context for your own prideful benefit.

@Bobby T Did I say the Security guard could be held accountable in court? You are completely taking things out of context. I said if the security guard FORCED him, it would be unconstitutional. I don’t know why you are being so picky about specific wording, when in the video it is relatively clear to everyone what happened. Public officials don’t understand basic fundamental rights and they aren’t held accountable for their rude and demanding behavior. The very first word on their sign stated, "Unauthorized" The Constitution, has long ago "Authorized" you, Sean and We The People to take pictures and video in public and all public accessible areas. The Constitution gave/gives us "permission" to film AND to film our public servants during their duties. "Don't film this & don't film that" How about, do a better job and keep private info, private. That security guard identified himself as a law enforcement officer. Only when you challenged him did he say he was a "former" LEO. And you CAN record sensitive information if it is left in open view. There should be a sign that says "Corporals may not wear ridiculous-looking sunglasses indoors!"

@Bobby T 📸 Rights are like 💪🏼 muscles. If you do not use the, you will lose them. Recently Arizona attempted to pass a Law making it illegal to record 👮🏼‍♂police officers within a certain distance. Sean I will tell you their screens should have a screen cover thing. I worked in a hospital and the screens we had couldn’t be seen from the sides . You could only see them if you were right in front of the screen. There’s screen things available to help them with security. If They don’t have the them, it’s THEIR ISSUE. They have their screens where others can see them thrn shame on them.

I really like these audits. The auditor is polite and not trying to antagonize anyone for a video. The cops don’t end up doing anything to stupid and multiple people learn a lesson. Great work!

I wish I had come across your channel sooner. I love you I love what you do!!! Thank you for standing up to the police that are bully's. I had camera footage of being threatened on a walk with my son and big surprise the cops did nothing!!! He said the guy had to get with in grabbing distance of me to be considered a real threat. I've had recent interactions where they were rude for no reason. Your channel has made me realize I shouldn't take their intimidation tactics. I love you and God Bless you!!!

Another great video document, impressed me with how by the example you are showing our public servants how to behave, de-escalate, and how respectfully engage in a conversation, I notice a better response by the enforcing officers, and I applaud that. The security personnel needs to be capacitated, mainly the old guy with sunglasses, who gives the impression that from janitor position got the opportunity as security without any preparation, the peaceful transformation is happening thanks to you Sean, you are achieving and contributing to the movement Black Lives Matters, without creating too much social friction. Great job Sean. you are doing great work for our society.

I was raised in Springfield NJ for 20 years , I’m 27 now. I’m happy my hometown PD department overall handled a first amendment audit well. 10 years ago it was a different story. Glad they cleaned up and educated the officers of the department.

I used to be a news videographer...telling a camera guy what he can and can't record in a public area is stupid. The split second they look away I can point my lense at anything and they'll never know and never be able to view what I recorded. It's up to the employees to keep sensitive information private from eyes or cameras.

@Creative Actually most hospitals are private with public access. You can record in the unrestricted areas of government hospitals, which is usually the 1st floor. I don’t know if the White House has laws that prevents recording.

📸 Rights are like 💪🏼 muscles. If you do not use the, you will lose them. Recently Arizona attempted to pass a Law making it illegal to record 👮🏼‍♂police officers within a certain distance. The court ruled that such a Law was unconstitutional. 💡 If such a Law were in effect years back, it would have been illegal for the 16 year old girl to 📸 record the murder of George Floyd at a reasonable distance. ✅ Hold your civil rights close to your ❤ heart and practice them often.
