Arek can easily earn money abroad. He can translate documents, teach Japanese abroad as well as find any other job abroad, but these two are what immediately came to mind when he talked about getting paid in złoty. There are many jobs that don't require you being in a specific country. If he sees Nozomi as a potential spouse for life, then he should learn (both of them should) to find compromises. If he starts earning in Euro and Nozomi too, they could live anywhere in the world. Maybe they could have an apartment in for eg. France and then one in Poland so that both of their wishes are granted???

If she don’t like Poland she should leave and let him be. It seems she uses his kindness until she finds a way to go to another country.

Haha Japanese are clean freak ?! Haha only when it’s coming about their bodies and endlessly long showers and bathing. My husband Japanese (me polish) I would say in this case I’m clean freak , he (as well as his dad haha) leaving socks all around the house is triggering to me, endless empty bottles, or rubbish around the flat, clothes on the floor, messy desk. We have many fights about that. Lol. I agree about expressing things out loud. Omg.we have fights about it. I’m one of those rebellious people who are sensitive about freedom of expression, and I value people vulnerability. And when I express through words I expect to do the same. Especially in relationship it a must. I’m not a reader of someone mind. And his words doesn’t Mach actions. It’s frustrating, sometimes I feel like can talk with wall but not him. Don’t know how to overcome this issue. The thing that doesn’t help I guess, I don’t speak Japanese, his English is not enough or rather doesn’t put time and value into learning, preferably he will Expect me to learn Japanese. Polacy też nie zawsze potrafią wyrażać swoje uczucia i potrzeby. Mężczyźni nie lubią się domyślać i stąd nieporozumienia między kobietami i mężczyznami.

Ciekawe jest to, iż relatywnie często (dzięki Internetowi) można spotkać Polaków, którzy są związani z Japonkami lub innymi kobietami ze wschodu. Zaś tego typu relacje bardzo rzadko zdarzają w przypadku Polak - kobieta z zachodu.

Oj tak, tak z myciem rąk u Polaków i nawet Polek to duży problem. Na butach wnoszą do domu liczne bakterie, jaja pasożytów, odchody ptaków itp. U nas taka kultura. Uchodzi się za buraka, jeśli poprosi się gościa o zdjęcie w przedpokoju butów. Czystości powinniśmy się uczyć od Japończyków!!!

I am not sure if this can be simply dismissed as simply a cultural thing. Women in general want men to know what they are feeling, without actually ever saying anything. The question is, why do women feel they express emotions better then men? I think this is a female myth of the perfect relationship that is described in romantic novels and which goes beyond culture. Are Japanese men better? and are Japanese women happy in their relationships? my understanding is the one in three marriages fail in japan.
