Beautiful place, Tom, and you are right. Quiet, peaceful, solitude in a warm, dry shelter, eating pancakes, and drinking good coffee away from all of the hustle and bustle is a wonderful way to spend the day. I did not realize Denmark had so many bugs but your last two videos shows you have plenty. Well, the upcoming cooler weather will help with that. I like your wood cutting techniques- we have a saying ‘work smarter not harder’. The pole holder thing for the tent is a smart invention. I would guess a Viking would have tied the sticks crossed together. Again it’s smarter. 👍🏻

Hi Tom👍👍 Wonderful piece of kit the tripod bracket is, perfect solution for the lavvu as no center pole to get in the way. The small spade looks so handy for digging a fire pit, trench, many other uses as you've shown, beautiful tool. Those pancakes looked so delicious as it's morning here where I live, got so hungry watching you enjoy the maple syrup on top and what could be better than a signature Cimbrer coffee😉to enjoy with them. Cozy setup in the windy, rainy woods, all protected by the lavvu and trees, yeah, nice camp for sure and the birds were there to welcome you. Thanks for sharing your camp, great video work, beautiful as always. Take care my Viking brother, see you in the next one.

Your channel brings a real sense of peaceful enjoyment out in nature. Thanks for taking us along. I know how hard it must be to make these videos and yet unfortunately there are the negative comments from people who must be miserable in their own lives , that they need to put people down and critique someone for being human and making mistakes along the way in life. I wish we could ban those type of angry people. Keep up the great work and ignore the Trolls who are mean and miserable. God only knows why they are that way.

Hello Tom, my old friend. You made me so hungry for pancakes so, I will have some tomorrow morning with bacon on the side and two soft eggs on top. I as well as many others appreciate what you do to entertain us. As you know, my favorite time is at the Cimbrer camp, I just love it there especially at night with the lanterns lit up. One of your lanterns would be a nice giveaway. I like that piece you got for the poles, great idea. I am definitely waiting for another Viking video. I still say, you need a Bear cape or vest, lol. I wish I could go off hiking! It’s so hot right now. Can’t wait for autumn. I want to dress up in my garb and go out. I was camping in the much cooler mountains two weeks ago and went for a short hike in a Viborg shirt I made for my husband. Wow was it comfortable in the damp forest. I don’t understand why people pay $100 for expensive NYLON outdoor shirts when the old style is so much better. Even the fishing shirts are horrible to wear I have one! One more thing the Viborg shirt is good for, going to the toilet in the woods. The back flap stays down providing some modesty in case a squirrel or other is watching. Sorry to mention, but it’s nature. 😜

The tent pole tripod thing will be useful in the snow, to keep the walls from pressing in. You make the most relaxing videos. I think I could listen to you reading the phone book. Whatever you're up to, I'll watch.

Hi Tom, that's exactly the kind of thing I've been looking for. The only reason why I didn't purchase a Polish Lavva was because of the middle pole. Great idea with the three prong cap. Glad to see you're still doing traditional Bushcraft videos as well as your great Viking videos. Cheers Brother!
