No matter how we phrase it, the 'tone' of the phrase matters a lot. It depends on the cultural background in which one is raised. Even short phrases can be used effectively by the tone. An example, the difference between a child uttering a phrase and an adult using a phrase.

I would like to ask You the following about the third sentence, since, in my country it is very common to start using a negative form instead, for instance: Don't You think the price is too high?
