Indian politician Prajwal Revanna has been accused of sexual abuse after thousands of pen drives with explicit videos allegedly showing him sexually assaulting women were leaked in his district where he is contesting elections. Revanna is the grandson of the former Indian PM HD Deve Gowda and the nephew of former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy. He claims that the videos circulated are doctored and are a plot to tarnish his image. But the case has led to a heated political battle between the ruling party and the Congress. The problem with HDD family is that they make their children contest elections without their children having done any groundwork/party work and win the heart of the people. Both Prajwal and Nikhil contested elections in their 20's without doing anything. Prajwal won his first elections but good that Nikhil lost. Nikhil can still comeback after doing party work and helping people. This incident is a great lesson to everyone in politics that just because your grandpa earned a goodwill from the people and you can't inherit that goodwill and can do whatever you want.

We need a lot of other circumstantial and other evidence." It is controversial as the police is covering up the case and dancing to politicians. The family alleged that they were faced pressure from the administration. A video emerged in which the Hathras District Magistrate is seen pressuring the family into changing their statement.

JDS and BJP are two different parties which are in alliance with each other under "NDA". I agree that he was "finalized" by NDA but since he was from JDS party, JDS would have recommended him for that position, to which obviously an alliance leader (NDA here) would agree in order to keep the alliance. BJP should not be blamed as JDS party is just a temporary alliance of bjp in just one state (karnatka) and in india alliance parties often go seperate ways before or after elections, so there's no logic in blaming bjp for a bad member of another political party (temporary alliance party). Moreover it's Congress ruling Karnatak(state of that accued) so congress party should be blamed for letting him leave the country. Congress party should answer the public how that accused escaped from the country.. despite congrss knowledge about those videos.

If the accused escaped from the country it's total blame goes to the state govt where the accused resides. The central government is not for state level criminals. Shouldn't "Papa" Modi have immediately ordered filing of a case against Prajwal instead of giving him a ticket? If your powerful "Papa" PM had immediately written to Karnataka CM for a probe then Prajwal would not have escaped to Germany.
