Ridiculous. Disorderly conduct at the worst. The hoops that the police and DA jumped through to punish this protest shows that they don't view law as a frame for order, they see it as a tool of control.

And how dare that cop threatened that young lady's career if she continues to exercise her constitutionally protected rights. Oh, she has a big payout coming to her. What happened to freedom of speech and the right to protest? They flipped over a freaking traffic cone and they get arrested for it? This is absolutely freaking ridiculous. I support BOTH BLM and Police. I am not bias either way, but them being charged as gang members is sooo wrong. They should only be charged with disturbing the peace at MAXIMUM!

The thing that isn't shown in the story is the organization of the protests/Riot. They touch on it briefly but there are factors that would actually implicate these people as being part of a domestic terror group. It is interesting how if it is BLM it isn't thought about in that way, but if it is some right wing group everyone calls them a terrorist. The elements still fit the crime.

Because the wrong charges were filed. You shouldn't have been charged as a gang member Amy, you should have been charged as a domestic terrorist. Same as the people who showed up at the US capital. You know what you were doing. To say you didn't know is not being honest. You know that as well as anyone. You claim to have a masters and work IT in healthcare. Can you tell me how you are a graduate student, but didn't know that hooking up with an Antifa group was going to lead to this? Also I would hope you are not using a position to influence people. I do however, think the women who were running around with the police shouldn't have been allowed to do that. This story is full of hypocrisy. Where did you get your masters? I will be sure to tell people not to go there unless they need a piece of paper.

(Just so this KZfaq channel knows the sound on here is atrocious. A lot of people complain about audio when I find absolutely no problem with the audio, but this audio is absolutely messed up at least on my phone if not on everybody’s. Here’s what happens, I can hear the news reporters voice fine but not the person being interviewed. It’s coming in at like 30% a full volume. Oddly enough if I turn my phone sideways I can hear the person who’s being interviewed for volume but then the news reporter’s voice is only at 30% of full volume. I know you probably can’t fix it now, but I hope you know this for future videos.)

This breaks my heart every time I watch it! 😢 I am almost 60 years old and born and raised here in the Phoenix area! For years I was told about the corruption and didn’t believe it!😳 what myself and family have experienced the last 9 years has opened my eyes and I feel so naive and tricked! I am sorry to all of those I argued with about the great state of Arizona! And the corruption that has gone on here for decades! While people like me who have worked 42 years of 12 to 16 hours a day! To build a beautiful place in the desert! To have political greed! Democrats and Republicans! Come in and destroy our homes and cover up all the blood money paid in Pinal County! And Pima County! To Cartel they were supposed to keep out! 😢 I am ashamed of what this state has become

After Posting $25,000 and $15,000 dollar Bonds and Fighting these cases for 2 years of my life, Charges were also Dismissed and Being FOUND NOT GUILTY BY A JURY.. I had to move out of Phoenix because of what they were attempting to do to me... CRIMINALS WITH BADGES SHOULD NOT BE ENTRUSTED or EMPLOYED to so called PROTECT THE PUBLIC.. They are Abusing their Authority, LYING IN COURTS or Committing PERJURY KNOWINGLY, and COSTING US TOO MUCH WASTED TAX DOLLARS in CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION LAWSUITS.... AMERICA NEEDS TO STOP CONDONING AND PROMOTING THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR... FIRE AND REPLACE THOSE DIRTY INDIVIDUALS BREAKING CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS, PEOPLE'S RIGHTS, LYING UNDER OATH, etc...
