According to 24th constitutional amendment it made compulsory to give assent by president to CA bill but it later changed by 44th CAA it gave president to send back the bill for reconsideration once after sending back to LS, again if the bill is sent back to president with changes or without changing it the 2nd time he must compulsory give his assent to Constitutional bill.... In simpler words 1) 24th CAA --- made compulsory to give his assent by president 2) 44th CAA ---- once he can send back for reconsideration 2nd time if the same bill comes to him ...he must give his assent

Yes right! Note*--It is not applied to the constitutional amendments which comes under article 368....

for removal of chairman of Rajya Sabha effective majority by RS and simple majority by LS is required.
