⚡Few Clarifications/Corrections:
1. Censure Motion can be introduced in Both LS+RS.
If passed no resignation is required.
2. Money Bill can be introduced by a Private Member.
However it's disputed as Laxmikant says Private members can't.
Budget related bill can't be introduced by Private members.
But general financial bills can be.

sorry to say but some more corrections like: VP can also cast vote in case of tie; removal of VP by effective majority in RS and by simple majority in LS source:Laxmikant 7edition

A censure motion is a parliamentary motion that expresses disapproval of a government's policies or actions, or of an individual or group of ministers. It can be moved in the Lok Sabha, but not in the Rajya Sabha. The motion must specify the charges against the government and state the reasons for its adoption. The Speaker decides whether the motion is in order. If passed by a simple majority, if the motion is against an individual minister. If passed, the government must also immediately seek the confidence of the house

Don't go with whole art and culture.... just go for ....sites like ajanta ellora and mahabalipuram....caves and architecture and painting.... that's it

A private member in the Lok Sabha cannot introduce a Money Bill ¹ ² ³ ⁴. According to Article 109 of the Indian Constitution, a Money Bill can only be introduced in the Lok Sabha with the prior recommendation of the President, and it must be introduced by a Minister ⁴. Private members, who are not Ministers, can introduce other types of bills, known as Private Member Bills, but not Money Bills ⁵ ³.
