I love that he was charged with as many things as possible and that the sheriff doesn't pull that 'take care of their own' crap. The deputy was a first responder who I'm sure worked an accident scene or two in his day. He knew, better than most,he could injure/kill countless people and he gave zero damns. Stick him under a prison, no special privileges.
