I’ve had several Corvettes including C5s, C6, C7s and a C3. But I’ve never had a C4. That car is absolute fire 🔥 Bob. Just fire!

Nice car, but not in dark green ! Green cars are not a good idea if you drive down the tree lined roads in my area, it just acts like camoflauge.

I'm sorry but who in the world in their right mind is going to park their (any) car under a tree lined road? I'd like to hope that anyone who spends this kind of money on a car has more sense than that. Dried tree sap is almost impossible to remove without using potentially dangerous chemicals that might damage the paint. Green isn't my first choice for a paint shade, but it looks really good on this car.

@@houseofno Having had a Volvo estate in this shade of green side swiped as i traveled along this country side road all due to the other driver not seeing me despite the daytime running lights. It was not "parked" as you suggested ! The police that attending the scene made the comment that dark green cars are very hard to see against the foilage and pressed no charges against the other driver. No more dark green cars for me again.

Lots of these came with the six speed manual from the factory for the 1988 through 1996 model year cars. The four speed automatic was already pretty good and delivered consistent performance. Especially great choice for drivers whose knees aren't what they used to be or inexperienced drivers that destroy clutches due to hamfisted, clumsy shift techniques. A clutch change on these cars requires dropping the transmission. The GM automatics of this era had gotten quite good at delivering reliable power to the rear wheels. Added bonus: This is the final generation of Corvettes with a conventional power train. C5 and later went to a torque tube and rear carrier transaxle for improved weight distribution. Transmission conversions, swaps, replacements will never be this easy again on later Vettes.
