In phase one, you will face off against embryo alongside tusk on solid ground. He’s not that tough, but he can bind you with vines and will keep damaging you until you break free. Embryo can also summon heartless, so focus on them first. Use tusk’s combo attack to take them out if they overwhelm you. When embryo’s health is down to three quarters, phase two begins. In phase two, embryo will grab and throw sora over the edge, but he is saved by ange. Sal will then provide sora with an airmail of his own. Here, you will take on embryo’s airmails. Only ange will aid you directly. Use her combo attack if two dark airmails attack you at the same time to get them off before they take away too much health. The dark airmails will later gather to unleash a powerful attack. When that happens, wait for the “great reflect” command to appear and use it to summon salia to deflect the attacks and stun the airmails. Also, keep an eye out for the “mega spark” and “air slice” commands. These will summon sal and hilda and will help sora deal heavy damage. In phase three, sora comes back to the ground and faces embryo again. This time, he will be aided by a large heartless called the Black Mauler. You do not need to defeat it, but it can do a lot of damage. You can temporarily stun it so you’ll have more time to attack embryo as much as possible before it recovers.
