I use these types of polygon boxes for clock bodies. I have made several really cool wall clocks. I will probably switch to your generator as the one I use now only goes up to 8 sides

such clean cut material. How do you avoid the burnt areas next to the cuts? using the masking tape?

Yes, for these examples we masked the material before cutting to avoid scorch marks.
