I think you could pretty easily provide documentation or witnesses to substantiate that you had previously donated your hair. That would cast enough doubt on the accusation to not be convicted. But this could be a nice little sub-plot in a novel or something:) The documentation of the donation might even lead to the true criminal.

I'm going to have to agree with Shane on this one, the age of the hair is determined by the follicle left on the end of the hair. This is how forensics can tell who would be the suspects in such a case. On the other hand, I will also have to agree with Blind Grilling, you are guilty simply for being a Greg and nothing good ever comes out of a Greg especially one that is a blindy. LMAO.
