ඇඹුල් රසයෙන් අනූන ගොරකා මුළුතැන්ගෙයට නම් නැතුවම බැරි කුළුබඩු වර්ගයක්.ඒ වගේම තමයි ආහාර පිසීමේදී රස කාරකයක් ලෙස මෙන්ම ආහාර කල්තබා ගැනීමට සහායකයක් ලෙසද අතීතයේ සිටම ගොරකා ප්‍රසිද්ධයි.ගොරකා ප්‍රභේද ලෙස රත් ගොරකා, මල ගොරකා, එළ ගොරකා සහ රට ගොරකා යනාදී වශයෙන් 4 ක් වුවද ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් එළ ගොරකා සහ රත් ගොරකා පමණක් ආහාර පිළියෙල කර ගැනිම සඳහා භාවිතා කරනවා.මල ගොරකා ආහාර සඳහා යොදා නොගන්න අතරම රට ගොරකා පලතුරක් ලෙස භාවිතා කරනවා.🌿🌿

අපේ රට කියන්නේ අතීතයේ ඉදලම සොබාදහමට බොහෝ ලැදි..වෙද හෙදකම් වලින් බොහෝ දෙනා සුවපත් කල මිනිස්සු ඉන්න රටක්..ඉතිං ඒ කාලේ ඉදලම යොදාගත් අත් බෙහෙත් සඳහාත් ගොරකා යොදා ගන තියෙනවා.වෙද හෙදකමට නම් මමත් බොහෝ සෙයින් ඇලුම් කරනවා💛මොකද කියනවානම්..එය මිනිස්සුන්ගේ යහපත වෙනුවෙන් සොබාදහමින්ම අපට ලැබුන ත්‍යාගයක් නිසා.ඔයාලා දන්න ඒ වගේ පුංචි පුංචි අත්බෙහෙත් වර්ග ගැන මාත් එක්කත් බෙදාගන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා.ඒ තරමටම මම පාරම්පරික වෙදකමට හරිම ආදරෙයී..♥️
ගොරකා පළු තැම්බු වතුරට ලුණු ස්වල්පයක් දමා කකුල් සේදීමෙන් ඇගිලි කරු කැසීම් සඳහා ගුණ දෙනවා.
උගුරේ අපහසුවට ගොරකා පළු ගම්මිරිස් ඇට, ලූනු සමව ගෙන අඹරා පොට්ටනියක් බැඳ කටේ තබා කෙළ ගිලින්න දෙනවා.එමෙන්ම මුකයේ තුවාල විදුරුමස් දියවීම සදහාත් ගොරකා යොදාගන්නවා.වියළි ගොරකා බික්, ලූනු ස්වල්පයක් සමඟ තලා තැලුම් ඇති තැන්වල තබා බැඳීමෙන් තැල්මට ගුණ දෙනවා.ඒ වගේම තමයි ගොරකා ශාකයේත් ප්‍රයෝජනයට නොගන්නා දෙයක් නැහැ.ගසේ මල් කොල පොතු මුල් ගෙඩි හැමදේම සිංහල වෙදකමේදී නිතර භාවිතා කරනවා.ඉතින් ගොරකා ගහක් ඔයාලාගේ ගෙදරත් අද හෙටම හිටවගත්තොත් ඔයාලාට නැතත් ඉදිරි පරම්පරාව වෙනුවෙන්වත් අපි යුතුකමක් ඉටු කලා වෙනවා නේද?..♥️

Beautiful rural life. That fruit is red in your country. We have same in Kerala it is yellow in colour. It is dried smoked and used in fish curry instead of tamarind. In Kerala it is called Kodampuli.. In English it is called Malabar Tamarind. Thank you for such beautiful video. Best wishes from Kerala in India.
