Customer and the county had no idea where this septic tank was! I showed up with my sewer camera and locator to pinpoint exactly where the septic tank lid was.

When I was 18 were we lived at the time our septic tank needed pumping an the guy was in his 60's that showed up with no help and was having trouble moving around so I helped him an he walked me through it, the smell didn't bother me. I enjoyed learning an helping that man that is no longer here

Another fine job!! I like the way you explain things to your customers so they know how the system works, what not to put in the tank, and advice about root control. When my tank was pumped a little over a week ago, there were a couple of small mats of roots that were vacuumed up. When I was digging up the covers, i was cutting through small roots that smelled like wintergreen from the yellow birch trees that grow nearby. I will most likely get some of that Root Kill like you suggested.

I got one for you Dominic work on a airplanes with the labs on a 767 they have a vacuum system for the toilets and it flushes very little water but all those all your waste goes into two 60 gallon tanks and when time to when your time to empty them they stink really bad of urine. I had one dump on me because the hose didn't hook up correctly and it got all over the front of me. Love it when they poop bottles cans and other things down the toilet and you got to fight the toilet to get it to flush or to dump.

I started watching your videos to learn about septic systems. I plan to get a place and install one. I have learned more than I knew before, but I am still not as sure of what I need to know or not do. Keep educating us! I want to do this right the first time! Ha!

If sewage creates a gas that will actually destroy the top of the tank and lid......why do they make and install tanks that cannot deal with what there supposed to hold???

I lucked out. Just bought a home with a septic that hadn’t been pumped in 25+ years. Was expecting it to be terrible, ended up being in great condition, they couldn’t even tell it hadn’t been serviced regularly. They scammed me out of my money though. 1k for two 750 gallon concrete tanks. No digging, just popping the lids off and pumping (less than 30 minutes from arriving) to leaving). That’s on me though because I didn’t get a price before I scheduled it. Everywhere else I’ve lived in the past it’s been between 250-400 for the same size, some with digging.
