These were the world wonders during the time the movie was taken. The lyrics describe her as the 8 th world wonder, so they have shown all the 7 wonder at that time. And the costumes also symbolise each countries fashion. There were two costumes for Aishwarya in each location one is modern dress and the other is traditional dress based on each countries fashion.Throughout the video the world wonders are the focal point, when the movie was taken there were no much internet facility in India so most people wouldn't even have seen the pictures of world wonders so the song's focus is to show the world wonders to the people.
