A known true artist Kuh reveals all her talents in this weekend’s Korina Interviews.
“Sobra akong bilib. Kuh is a talented architect, interior decorator, art collector and artist, businesswoman, actress…”, Korina was wowed in her visit to the singer’s Hacienda Isabella in Indang, Cavite.
But what has been most important and meaningful to Kuh is her role as mother to daughter Isabella.
Isabella was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and the management of this mental condition has been quite the journey for the mother and daughter.
“We have been progressing, working together, painting together, singing together Kuh narrates.
Kuh toured Korina through her 4 acre development, showed her beautiful paintings, and even played nurse to Korina measuring her blood pressure. Kuh is a certified nurse, her first profession.
“Si Kuh ang magpapatunay. Meron akong puso noh!”, Korina laughs.

I love the "Ako ay Pilipino" song of Kuh Ledesma. I used to work in the Ministry of Human Settlements, in my younger years, and that song was played on the big screen at the University of Life when we have meetings. Her rendition of the song , was for me, heavenly.

My favourite Phil singer, ms. Kuh Ledesma. She has abeautiful voice, and has an elegant personality. My dutch hudband & I, really love listening to her singing. We play her cd's at home, here in the Netherlands. We wish her more success in the future.

My favorite eversince when I was still in Pinas. Left Pinas 1985 with cassette tapes n still have it. I like d way she sings n her voice very calm. Gandang pakinggan kumanta. esp. I think I'm in love d best.

I had been waiting to Ms. Luh Ledesma to perform in Bangkok. She is my favorite vocalist. I really love her voice. When I went back to Manila , I bought her tapes.😊

This is so true about shouting. Kasi i grew up na kng maka sigaw c erpats pag may nagawa kaming mali is prang pasan namin magkapatid ang mundo. now na malaki nako, im experiencing the trauma na konting laki ng boses natatahimik nako, and very kabado. D nko makapag salita. 😅 tas pag naririnig na sigawan sa labas d ako makatulog knakabahan ako. Anyhow, im on therapy naman.

Bipolar which common to pinoy pero hindi lang officially na diagnose pero kitang kita natin ang symptoms,tama si Kuh some medication reactions instead of helping create side effects na dangerous dependency or hallucinations if used for long time but also some drugs help people to calm them if become erratic behavior as a mom na observe na siya😂anak yong side effects na gamot it really very important to pay attention to those drugs hindi lang keso inorder ng doctor ok lang i take kahit na your body tell you something is wrong at sa kwento niya the child suffer traumatic experience due to toxic marriage nila sometimes staying sa relationship for the sake of marriage hindi din healthy kung nakikita nila every day unhealthy fighting arguments create trauma to children

Kuh did so well in the kapamilya serye.. My husbands lover.. lutang na lutang acting very compassionate mom for a gay son ..and i love every minute she comes out in the serye... sana maulit roles nya sa tv.. dream project is to see Zsa-zsa and Kuh together kahit sa tv lang ... they never seen together..peo sabay sila sa genre nila ...

What is disturbing in this interview is that Kuh was talking about Ysabella’s condition as if she is not an adult and not capable - maybe it is ok if it is Ysabella herself who is talking about herself (not her mother).

What she said doesn’t make sense. Do not shout to kids but pwedeng paluin. Shouting and smacking both cause trauma to kids. She even said “ Feeling ko hindi ko masyadong napalo si Isabella” at 38:09 look at Korina’s facial expression. And I can see that she’s displaying an inappropriate affect while talking about her daughter’s mental illness.

Yung palo kasi nakakalimutan mo na agad yan, lahat naman ng bata napapalo (80s kids or older, ewan ko sa mga 90s kids and beyond). Yung sigaw, tanda mo yan forever kung ano yung sinabi sayo kahit hindi pasigaw basta salitang nakakasakit nakaka insulto nakaka liit ng pagkatao, dadalhin yan ng bata gang pagtanda kung hindi maka recover.
