Margaret Colin is the actress' name but I get why they might confuse her with the actress who played Rizzo in Grease as Margaret looks very similar to Stockard Channing. Elizabeth Perkins, who was in Big among other films, also looks similar to the previous 2 ladies. Allison Janey also looks similar to these women but maybe a bit taller at 6 foot. She was on NBC's West Wing with Martin Sheen and CBS' Mom with Anna Faris.

Three Men and a Cradle (French: Trois hommes et un couffin) is a 1985 French comedy film by Coline Serreau. The film was remade in Hollywood as Three Men and a Baby in 1987 which was subsequently remade into seven movies in six languages.

I took care of my grandpa the last few years of his life (98-100), and at some point I wanted to sing him a song when he went to bed, but it felt weird to sing him a lullaby. I remembered this movie from my childhood, and sang "Goodnight Sweetheart." It turned into a nightly thing, and now I can't hear that song without thinking of him. Fortunately it's a sweet memory, not a sad one. PS. You might be recognizing the actress who played Rebecca from Independence Day- she played Jeff Goldblum's ex-wife, who worked at the white house PPS. Just one more plug for a movie I KNOW you two would love- "The Mirror Has Two Faces" Please, please, PLEASE check it out!

This was quite the grouping of talent for this movie: - Tom Selleck (Peter) - Known for playing the original Thomas Magnum on Magnum P.I.; had film roles in High Road to China (1982) and Runaway (1984). He would later be known for playing Richard on Friends, and Commissioner Reagan on Blue Bloods. - Steve Guttenberg (Michael) - Known for roles in Diner, Short Circuit, Cocoon, and the first four Police Academy movies. - Ted Danson (Jack) - Known for playing Sam "Mayday" Malone on Cheers; also appeared in the final seasons of C.S.I.- Crime Scene Investigation - Leonard Nimoy (Director) - Had just come off directing the past two Star Trek movies (Search for Spock & Voyage Home), and also provided the voice for Galvatron in Transformers: The Movie (1986). With this film, he proved he could direct other types of movies beside science-fiction. After this film, he directed The Good Mother (1988) with Diane Keaton, Funny About Love (1990) with Gene Wilder, and Holy Matrimony (1994). And it’s because he was directing Funny About Love, he was unavailable to direct the sequel; Three Men and a Little Lady (1990).

Let's not forget that Tom Selleck was the original cast Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark. You should check out High Road to China, just on principle. Her Alibi on fallback.

One of the best Disney films from Touchstone Pictures. For those that don’t know, Touchstone Pictures was a former studio created by the Walt Disney Company that focused more on movies that was geared a little to adults and teenagers than the Disney brand.

Watch Quigley Down Under (or old episodes of Magnum P.I.) for Tom Selleck.......Police Academy for Steve Guttenberg......and old episodes of Cheers for Ted Danson. 😁 You should also watch Three Men and a Little Lady, which is the sequel to this one.

I never realised that Spock himself directed this movie. Also, I rewatched this movie recently, and I'd totally forgotten about the subplot with the drug smugglers, which seems to come from a different film altogether. In fact, the movie finishes this plot half an hour from the end.

I always think there was a "who's the daddy?" plot to this movie where it could have been any one of the three of them, when in fact there's no doubt at all right from the start. I must have seen it 20 times and I'm still always surprised when I realise that.

Steve Guttenberg starred in “Cocoon,” directed by Ron Howard, and co-starring some major movie stars from years past, as well as the memorable sheriff from First Blood. It’s a lot more of a feel-good movie, though. I think you’d both like it a lot.

Rizzo in the movie Grease was played by Stockard Channing who also had roles in The West Wing, Six Degrees of Seperation and Practical Magic plus many more movie and TV roles including The Stockard Channing Show a 1980 sitcom. Margaret Colin played Rebecca in 3 Men And A Baby. She's also been played many roles in a lot of movies and atC shows. You may remember her from Independence Day, Pretty In Pink, Law And Order SVU, Law And Order CI or Gossip Girl.

There was an urban myth when this was released on video that a "ghost boy" appears in a window during the movie. It turns out it was just a cardboard cut out of the Ted Danson character, but it possibly helped make this one of the best selling video tapes of all time.

He also made a series of made for TV movies under the main title of Jessie Stone; they are worth a look. Some of us were born to wear a nice, full moustache😎

There are two mustaches in this world… Tom Selleck and Sam Elliot…and they’ve acted together. Tom Selleck is known for tv: Magnum P I, Blue Bloods, cameo’s in Friends, and a bunch of movies, Westerns especially. Some of his best movies: Ike, Folks, Quigley Down Under, Mr. Baseball, Monte Walsh, The Shadow Riders, the Crossfire Trail, and a series of movies where he plays Jesse Stone. He’s an excellent actor.

My wife of almost 41 years passed away 4 days ago from (ALS). The kindness of taking care of this baby, and the not knowing what to do, hit me really hard. I saw this movie when it came out, but it now took on a different meaning for me. When these men were watching videos, doing what they could to remember this child is what I do when I think of my wife. It hurts deeply, but I cry and wail when I need to. But friends are all around me to make sure I do not isolate myself too much. Fortunately, God has not changed his original purpose to make this earth a paradise, along with bringing back to earth those whom we have lost in death. I await my dear Robin with all my heart.
