I'm so happy you made her fat! And didn't shy away from calling her fat ❤️ So often you'll here 'bigger' or 'more curvy' and that's fine, but 'fat' is a neutral, descriptive word and we need to use it more!

I love that you made Ursula fat. I've seen others doll modifications for this character, and they just make her thin because making a doll fat is pretty darn difficult to do and still have articulation. I'd love to see more dolls by you that you make fat, because you actually tried to make this doll look good.

I was actually gonna comment this exact same thing! While watching The Little Mermaid as both a child and an adult, I NEVER noticed that little detail, but when I had a DVD copy of the movie that had special features with interviews, the woman that voiced Ursula said that Ursula was a squid, NOT an octopus because animating 6 tentacles was cheaper than animating 8 tentacles. Lol. When I discovered that fact, I thought it was AWESOME! But I'm sure this makeover is gonna look GORGEOUS when she's done.

Love the transformation! I would suggest a series of Queen Amidala dolls, she wears such amazing clothes in star wars like the wedding dress, the desert robes, or the state robes. Love your work ❤

I love this idea, but I could see that being a little tough since her mother makes the clothes and since she’s in a different country I know shipping takes a long time. I don’t see it presenting much of a challenge except for the hairstyles.

I wont lie, i was nervous of the concept of a fat monster high doll -only bc of how monster high dolls are designed, but once you added the pastels it came together so seamlessly! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! And now that you have been capable to make this amazing Ursula, you could make a doll of the main inspiration for the character: the drag queen Divine. Her iconic look and red dress from the John Waters movie “Pink Flamingos” should be great, and after this makeover I am sure you can do it and also having a lot of fun with the process. Ursula looks great. Never cease to amaze me with your talent. Some suggestions: maybe some Tim Curry inspired dolls like Lord Darkness from the movie Legend, Dr. Frank-N-Furter from Rocky Horror Picture Show and Pennywise from It. Also Harry Potter characters. Such an amazing transformation! The sculpting is amazing and I like your tentacles better than the plastic ones. I was also a bit nervous about the process just watching, especially the facial fat, but once you started shading the face it all just suddenly came together. I do think the smile is a bit small for her face but it's still an incredible piece of art!
