Butter yeast dough:

12 gr. pressed yeast or 4 gr. dry
2 tbsp. l sugar
4 gr. vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
70 gr. butter, warm
300 - 320 gr. premium wheat flour
Poppy filling:
100 gr. poppy
100 gr. sugar
1/2 tbsp. semolina flour
4 gr. vanilla sugar
150 ml. milk
40 gr butter
Syrup:
50 ml water
50 gr sugar
+ egg for greasing the cake
374 F - 30 ... 35 minutes
