its a double fry method, i recommend looking it up on youtube since it comes out so good due to the way they do the batter/coating, its not something i use normally but if its done right its super crispy chicken so i do recommend doing it if you have time!

Курицу тоже жаренное часто кушать вредно , их антибиотиками кормят , лучше варить и первый бульон слить , но они жарят каждый день . 🙄
