Absolutely amazing to see another culture culture cook in large quantities that amount of chicken truly amazing every culture has a unique culture and way of presenting food and cooking since watching Korean and Japanese and how clean and healthy way they cook their food i have always watch and admire Chinese and Japanese restaurants in the states just fantastic

I think I’ve watched, Calum Scott’s audition around 87 times now!! It is by far one of my most favourite performances. I’m completely spellbound and transfixed! I literally cannot stop watching it over and over again. I think what makes this performance so great, besides his voice of course, is just how vulnerable he looks while singing it. @@mikewilkins2030 that’s why I can’t do this stuff myself. It seems so pointless and like an extra step when you do it yourself, but it clearly makes a difference 🤷♂️.

Its without seasoning. I doubt its as good as you say. Usually it has to be eaten with some type of a sauce because of the lack of any seasoning in the actual chicken.

@@johnrupesh4535 I don’t remember how seasoned it is at the places I go to, but they’re usually doused in sauces that obviate the need for actual seasoning.

I enjoy watching your channel..but confused. One I do not see any seasons added. Two..the chcicken are taking right out of the bags are they delivered are pre-prepared .do they wash them before preparing them..They look delicious

1:24 i have NEVER thought about sifting the batter with a strainer! i mean, you do that with flour but I never thought of doing that with batter a LOT OF SENSE! that would make the consistency of the batter way better! great idea 30:59 i want fried chicken feet :( here in Mexico we only eat them as pickled chicken feet or boiled in soups. but that's it. i want to try those fried chicken feet!

Well, you learned how to sift flour into batter. Even though you would sift flour for batter and mix it and it would come out the same. wait.. EDIT the most important thing is to break the bones before battering just to make sure the chicken is dead, because It could still be alive and give you its mean talk, but with no back bone it wont. OK.
