Absolutely! Uncooked/raw dumplings will last for 3 to 4 months in the freezer. Place the dumplings on a tray/plate/cutting board without touching each other and freeze for a few hours. Once they're frozen you can then place them in airtight containers/zip lock bags and store in the freezer. This way they won't stick together.

​@@casuallypeckish I just saw it...at the bottom of the page which most internet users wouldn't bother scrolling to after seeing your 'Ingredients' section at the start of the article. I love your recipes and the quality of your KZfaq production. They're excellent! However, considering users / viewers have to jump through several hoops to get the information they need, it can put them off. Is there any particular reason why you're not including measurements in your well-produced KZfaq videos (and in the video description)? I'm asking because not having the measurements included can hurt its virality. The only reason I can think of is that you're trying to funnel viewers to your website but the misleading ingredients list on your article itself can cause further frustration when visitors see there's no measurements there either. Internet users generally want their information fast. I hope you don't mind having some feedback from a user's perspective. I hate to see your awesome videos and recipes not get the attention / recognition they deserve! Wish you the best of luck!

@@Nasty_fiddler Thanks for your comments. There is a 'jump to recipe' button at the very top of each recipe post on my website which then takes the readers to the recipe card ( & details ingredients, quantities and instructions + notes)
