PORK MONGGO
3 c Mung beans (pre cooked)
note: soaked with water over night,drain and add 5c water let boiled atleast 15-20 minutes until the mung beans become soft mushy
1 pc onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 tomato diced
squash chunks
unripe papaya or sayote sliced
malunggay leaves
chili leaves
1 pc pork cube
½ t black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 ½ c water
1 c pork belly (cubed)
