Now THIS is a real scratch gravy, CB! Looks awesome, no, fillers, no thickeners, just a straight gravy from the essential ingredients! Just watched this a third time and finally realized the true beauty of it. Thanks Chef!

Thanks Bob. This is one gravy that carries a flavor from the first bite to the last. I can't make this without getting a good count of the people eating and adding 5. LOL!

Bob Loblaw that's an au jur. Meaning juices from the meat. A gravy is thickened with flour or corn starch

If you would leave the onions alone for 30 seconds, or a minute before you continually stir them, they would release more moisture and get all those bits off the pot. You could solve the onions as well.

My mom dearly loves pork steaks, that her favorite cut of meat. She don't like my Cayenne pepper. I love it. '' Raw garlic a few bits and place it under the tongue will lower blood pressure fast!! '' or a cup of coffee, it not a cure but if one runs out of bp meds, it will work until you get yo meds..... My mom has High BP, that how i keep it down for her.... All i can say is AWESOME BROTHER CHEERS

I've been offered to try out for Deep Fried Masters and Master Chef a few times. I don't care for competitive cooking. If I had a decent offer I'd consider a TV spot. I did have a 2 year contract with Universal Studios about 4 years ago. Thanks for asking.

@chefbourque yeah. They good to cook in. When lived in Louisiana I had many dishes cooked in em .....one the best I remembered was a rabbit smothered in a Cajun gravy similar to yours. Delicious. Am just kind of a health nerd in a way I guess. Some studies show scraping aluminum pots with stainless steel tho probably isn't the healthiest practice. That don't mean what's cooked in them isn't absolutely delicious tho. 😋
