That´s not true. The insurance always pays, because in Germany it is allowed to max your car on unrestricted parts of the Autobahn. Recording your high speed run isn´t forbidden. Beside this fact the insurance is always obliged to pay, if you run on public roads. But don´t worry, I had no accident :-)

@@Isaflummi Have you ever read the stvo? Because if it says that you are partly at fault in an accident, it looks different.

@@xxsky-wingsxxhd7311 It doesn´t have to do with the STVO, but with the insurance. Your insurance always has to pay your opponents damage, if you have an accident on public roads, BUT, depending on your insurance range, your insurance not in every case pays YOUR damage. Everything else is sorted out by the laws in Germany, which clearly defines, that a car insurance always has to pay for your opponents damage. Beside all these things I didn´t do anything against the law or behaved careless, because here you may max your car on a two-lane Autobahn, if the traffic signs allow you to. You are right - the Vmax run was very risky, but from laws perspective that doesn´t count, if you have an accident... ;-)
