The portable a/c compressor and evoprator are two separate units floor mount or on wheels are available A two inch hole is to be provided on the wall or through window gap we can put two small copper tube outside At every shifting gas charging is not required It is a full efficient system For shifting a technician is not a must

Defenitly power charge will increase because the condenser heat is cooled by inside conditioned air inside the room, which will increase the load in compressor, leading to increase in power consumption. This we can find by comparing power consumption of this machine with a same capacity split AC

Rent house il aanel ok aanu, otherwise this is very inefficient compared to a split unit,since the hose is not insulated it will conduct some heat from the hot air to the inside air,and also the air from the inside is sucked to cool the condenser,apo athrem cooling efficiency kudi korayum,

It is sucking cool air and pushes out through the pipe which drops the pressure inside room and which may lead to fresh air from out side to enter . There should be another hose to suck air from out side to cool the bottom unit.

ഇതിന്റെ efficiency വളരെ കുറവായിരിക്കും കാരണം condenser ൽ റൂമിലെ തണുപ്പിച്ച air എടുത്തു അത് hose വഴി പുറത്തു കളയും. ഇതിൽ അവർ condenser intake ഉം പുറത്തു നിന്ന് എടുത്തു പുറത്തേക്ക് തന്നെ കളഞ്ഞിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ efficiency കൂടിയേനെ. 2 hose പുറത്തേക്ക് കിടക്കും എന്നുള്ള പോരായ്മ ഒഴിച്ചാൽ efficiency നല്ലോണം കൂടിയേനെ

The disadvantage or so to say the drawback in this, as I see, is the same cooled air from the room is used to cool the compressed gas. In a split unit design atmospheric air is used to cool the compressed gas. The efficiency of a portable unit will naturally be inferior to a conventional split a/c. But then some compromise for the flexibility is unavoidable.

I don't know how this makes any sense at all...If we have to move around this ac in a house, all these fittings on the window have to be unscrewed and relocated. Plus closing and opening of room ventilations every time we port is also not nifty.

For power saving my suggestion would be lg dual inverter ac or samsung dual inverter. I used and tested both using energy meter. Njaan 11 to 12 hours one day use aakum at 25 degree. Maximum 3 unit okkay use akunindarnollu. Also idh use cheyunnavarude user reviews nokiyaalum kaaanaan patttum about energy saving. Personally in summer nalla use vannatum it only added 700 rupees to the bill.

അന്നു വർഷമായി portable AC സഹിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ഒട്ടും വിലക്കുറവില്ലാത്ത, സ്ഥലം മുടക്കുന്ന, effective അല്ലാത്ത technically defective ആയ AC. കൊണ്ട് നടക്കാം. Exhaust ന് സംവിധാനം ഉണ്ടാകണം. Room cool ആക്കാൻ split or window AC ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. Portable AC, compressor ചൂട് തണുപ്പിക്കാൻ, അത് കൊണ്ട് തണുപ്പിച്ച കാറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു.

Mr. Rakesh this AC only use for small cabins not for room's i already fixed use on 2006 not usefull. My electricity bill comes 4 times more compresser never cut off becoz of room temparature so this AC not for rooms only very small cabins. Pls dont advertis wrong components

Exhaust ക്യാപ് തലതിരിഞ്ഞാണ് ഫിക്സ് ആയതു, ആ ക്യാപ് ഹാങ്ങിങ്ങിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം എയർ വരുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം മുകളിലോട്ടു ഓപ്പൺ ആകാൻ ആണ്. 👍അല്ലാത്തപ്പോൾ അടഞ്ഞു കിടക്കും. അതല്ല എങ്കിൽ എപ്പോളും തുറക്കണം, അടയ്ക്കണം.

Yes, the lid is to be fixed ulta. It ensure that the hole is kept closed automatically when not in use, so that birds, rats etc. won't enter inside..

AC വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ പോർട്ടബൾ വാങ്ങണമെന്ന് കരുതിയിരുന്നു ഇനി കഴിവതും ഒഴിവാക്കും കാരണം എത്ര Air പുറത്തേക്ക് പോകുന്നുവോ അത്രയും Air പുറത്ത് നിന്നും വരണം ആയതിനാൽ മറ്റുള്ള A C കളെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് തണുപ്പ് കുറവായിരിക്കും
