I can tell that the work is very solid from the multilayered coating. Julius Berger is experienced in quality road construction in Nigeria. They are unrivalled. Kudos to Alex Otti for this legacy project.

something has to be done to the sides of the road up to individual properties. whether to use carpet grass where space permits or use interlocking stones, but whichever is used the state gov't should ensure it's uniform throughout the length of Port Harcourt rd. they could also consider planting trees too, and the state gov't should ensure property owners take care of any rundown properties and clear their frontage of any unauthorised displays, signboards and clutter!

Hahhaa when i read about this side walks trees , grass and green lawns , i imagine our mentality has really changed, lets preach to the people more on this rather than making it a government responsiblity, volunteeríng in this regard can be very wonderful , that campaign on tree planting am sure is still there someone should wake it up horticulturists and gardeners this is time time market your business firstly expose it

this type of highgrade road needs quality streetlights. the type you see on roads in Abuja and not those cheap looking solar ones. also the state gov't should not paint this road. all it needs now is road marking, road signs, street lights and traffic lights. they should not cover the JB quality with the usual black-white-black painting they normally like to use on their newly constructed roads.

Bro, Black and white is 1000% better than any other colour. Go see the mess they are making on Anambra roads with yellow and black or green and white daubed all over the place giving the whole state a kindergarten, cartoon network look. Or see the yellow and black mess at Osisioma flyover which has faded within a year making the whole place look old and grubby. At least black and white is neutral and fades gracefully.

Sand already covered up some parts of the road. The gutters should be closed. If not, it becomes the definition of insanity, which is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
