Before a country builds airport in the desert they must have seen heavy congestion in the existing ones, they must have linked road infrastructures from such airport to every other significant locations that will make it viable, they had made sure a much nearby airport would not put it into a hot competition and run it down with low customers or users, they must have also attended to their preliminary needs and not wants. Gov. Otti had already a good vision of all these and had plans after doing the Aba-PH Road which will boost import and export through PH seaport. He then intends to build a very massive central motor station. Then he had explained his plans for inter City trains which I feel is all the states in SE can embark and link all the states...hmmm you can't imagine how the development will rise massively.
