Freaking genius at work here. Portishead was just incredible. Beth being surprisingly audience engaged here. Very Billie Holiday phrasing at the opening few lines, great groove, what's not like? I love that I'm able to watch all the vids and concerts now but I remember a time when 1st hearing Portishead on CD. Those times I will always cherish. Idk where you are Deanna, or what's happened in the last 20yrs, but I'll never forget you! Thanks for the good times. Those last year's of HS were the best! You got me with the music...I'm so happy we were close and my grandparents loved you too...❤❤❤ you Dee

I love her voice. She's an amazing performer. So much feeling in her voice. This shows the band was pretty amazinng as well. She sounds good still in 2020. Talent like hers endures, and that voice has lasted.

I`ve been to many shows where people are quite happy to chat at the bar, or between songs, which really annoys me. I was at this gig and you could of heard a pin drop between songs, so good. At the the time Portishead were something new and fresh, and absolutely mesmerising. Amazing show. Saw the Smashing Pumpkins there in 96, but thats another story.
