As if Portland didn't have enough problems already. The last time I visited Portland I took some family visitors to Saturday Market,once a great place. Syringes everywhere, people begging for money etc. After watching a man drop his pants and shit in the middle of the street at 1 pm in the afternoon I decided it was time to go .My visitors agreed .Upon getting back to my vehicle parked in a paid parking lot we discovered that someone had smashed the rear window out in order to steal a few items inside. I won't be going back into Portland until some sort of sanity is restored if that is even possible. Portland went from a beautiful friendly city to a third world shithole in a matter of a few years. Oregon should never have legalized hard drugs.
