Күн бұрынPorto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. Originally known as “Porto Calus” , the country itself was named after this city. Currently, the city’s nickname is “Invicta” which stands for “que nunca foi vencido” (the one that was never conquered). Porto is better known for its wine, bridges, the famous sandwich “Francesinha” and the biggest street festival “St. John’s Festival”.

Porto is an EXTRAORDINARY City! I have lived in Lisbon twice, and only spent 1 week in Porto a long time ago. I need to go again for another Visit... I have a feeling this time - I might STAY!

O que o Porto tem de melhor não aparece neste video. O calor das suas gentes ,a humildade nos rostos cansados, o abraço fraterno dos Homens ,a palavra como simples aceno das Senhoras. Um povo que recebe outros povos como se de visitas à sua humilde casa se tratasse. Sejam todos bem vindos (a quem venha por bem).

I went to Porto for business and the city really surprised me. It is a really beautiful city with unique skyline. I strongly recommend.
