Is the “fleece” quilt batting or is it a type of fabric?

No its the thin stretchy fuzzy fabric that you can usually buy in all sorts of prints and colors. Microfleece is actually the best to use because its very thin compared to most fleece fabric. Do not use batting :)

the video shows hemostats to turn hands right side out but I cant get them to turn hands right side out on the small doll hands ( I have the 4x4 hoop) making doll without joints., help please

try reaching up with the hemostats and from the outside, use something pointy and thin to push that finger down into the hand so the hemostats get a good grip.

Just wondering which doll is easier for the first time the April or Juno? Also what is the major difference between the two dolls? Thank you.

Juno is easier. April is designed to move more like a real baby so her elbows and knees are "jointed" to create a floppier baby. Juno, on the other hand, has arms and legs that remain in a fixed position. April also comes with the ability to do sewn in arms and legs and even head for a doll that could be free of plastic doll joints.
