It learns that we should take things neutral, fx. negativity like a messenger, just observe, not run away or repeal negativity. What do you think? I quit a hundred times. When I surrendered it to god he blessed me with sobriety. That was 46 years ago. I was ready and willing to change. Then I started going to AA. That did a couple of important things. I was accepted because we were all alike. I made lifelong friends I do cool stuff with.Also, its a place you can help others which takes the focus off you and is very healing. My greatest weakness became my greatest strength. God Bless! I just turned 72. I was dying of liver failure at 26.

I’m big on affirmations and meditation first thing in the morning. I’ve been meditating every morning since 2019 and I just found your meditation today. When I say this was powerful for me?? I literally shed tears. My 9 year old did this with me and at the exact moment I began to shed tears, so did he! Thank you for this.
