A couple of years back there was this talk that a central scheme is available where the government would provide financial help to those having an account at the India Post Office..the department employees itself were all over the jurisdictions opening the accounts with a charge of 200 rs per individual... later it was learnt that there was no such help from any government nor anywhere...just those who wasted those amounts opening the account got the meagre amount deducted for sms charges! 😑

This is really not what should be expected from a premier financial institution, the culprits should be booked and the victims should be refunded the amount with interest at the earliest in order to built the faith and the trust of the member of the public though it won't be easy to do so again.

Don't suspend.... Just directly remove the person from the job..what is this Rio doing.... He should be like a dictator. He should learn from kejriwal. Rio should work at the grassroot level because he is the final decision maker...The head of department cannot remove the person from the job, it is impossible because there is someone bigger than him and that is Rio...If Rio remove the person no one can say anything, it's his power. Please work at the grassroot level.

Not only should we check our post office accounts, but also occasionally we should double-check all of our savings accounts in other banks as well. Who knows, perhaps some bank employees or clerks missed a few of our monthly deposits. We are living in a modern world full of highly educated thieves. Why are we punishing the chotu motu chor mercilessly, who are doing it for livelihood? And ignoring these kind of educated, powerful and rich thieves in Nagaland, just to add another zero in their Eight to nine figures accountsssss? 🧐

Madam, your presentation is very clear... It's my suggestion... Lodge a joint FIR before the concern O/C of police station at the earliest and register a case without any delay ...you need not to take permission from any authority to lodge FIR...it is a clear case of cheating & misappropriation as per your statement...

It's just an unfortunate fraud case in one post office. Fraud case happens everywhere and PO is not fraud immune. It's a central government organisation so your money is always safe.
